Coaching that meets you where you are — and supports your journey into clarity, strength, and self-trust.

Fertility & Motherhood

Whether you're trying to conceive — spontaneously, through IVF, or any path in between — or you’ve already stepped into motherhood, this space is here to support you through what often feels like the in-between.

Together, we’ll explore how to meet this transition with more presence, clarity, and inner steadiness.

This isn’t about quick fixes or rushing through.
It’s a grounded, compassionate return to your rhythm — even when things feel uncertain.

In coaching, I don’t offer answers or solutions.
I walk beside you, so you can make decisions that feel true, feel less alone in the waiting, and stay connected to your own strength, especially in the moments that challenge you the most.

Career

If you're in a moment where something feels off in your work — maybe you're returning from maternity leave, questioning your current path, or sensing it’s time for a change. Coaching offers a space to pause and realign.

Together, we’ll gently explore what you truly want, what feels misaligned, and what might be standing in the way.

We’ll bring more clarity to your values, strengths, and boundaries — so that your next steps feel grounded, intentional, and honest.

This isn’t about pushing or reinventing yourself overnight. It’s about finding ways to grow and move forward without burning out — and discovering a kind of work that feels meaningful on your terms.

Coaching gives you space to reconnect with your strength — not just as a professional, but as a woman in transition.

You already hold the answers — I’m here to walk beside you while you find them.

  • Coaching is a partnership relationship in which the coach provides support, encouragement and challenges the client to grow and improve through coaching questions, helping the client to find and develop inner resources, encouraging reflection and awareness of other perspectives or strengths.

It is a collaborative and goal-oriented relationship. The coach does not advise the client.

The therapeutic relationship usually focuses on understanding and treating the client's deeper emotional and psychological issues and traumas. The therapist provides support and assistance to the client in resolving their inner conflicts and issues.

  • Both of you can attend coaching individually. I do not currently offer couple coaching.

  • That's perfectly fine. If it's appropriate, I'd be happy to refer you to one of my colleagues or another professional.
