My name is Maria.

I am an ICF Life Coach and doula (DONA International), helping women navigate life's changes with peace and clarity, to create the life they want.

For the past nine years, I have had the privilege of accompanying women on their journey from pregnancy through childbirth and motherhood, through building their careers. My own experience and that of the women around me have helped me realize how challenging it can be to navigate society's expectations and find one's path.

My vision is for every woman to be free to create her unique path through life. Regardless of what that should look like, but how she wants and needs it.
